At times life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome adversity and create a fulfilling and meaningful life when we identify and harness our individual strengths and connections.

Therapy is a unique and individualized process for each person. No two people are alike and as such, therapy varies from person to person as well. We will work together to identify goals, process barriers, and create opportunities for growth and change.

Therapy is not a magic answer to all of life's distress. I can not guarantee a quick fix. Therapy takes commitment, time, and active participation on both sides to reach your goals. As such, it is important for you to feel comfortable with you therapist and the idea of possibly being a little uncomfortable.
